"I would give negative stars if I could, Don't bother wasting your time with these people, the head person is never there, Akira was so rude and disrespectful, I gave information multiple times in office and over the phone. (If I even got ahold of them on the phone) They play stupid games. I just got a notice today, I had my first accident a few weeks ago and they are immediately dropping me. Your money will do better other places. If they can’t handle a car accident, they obviously can’t handle anything else either. Dropping everything including house insurance with them."
